Cycling Class (Indoor) - New for the New Year!

Indoor Bike Trainer Cycling Class to begin in January 2011. 

You bring your bike and trainer, we bring the workout, technique tips, music and group fun!

Classes will take place on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm in either Arlington (Ballston) or Annandale based on participant interest and travel considerations.  Please email CoachTaneen@posichiro.com if you would be interested and which of the two locations mentioned you would prefer.
