Invidivual Coaching Program (ICP) with Coach Taneen
Looking to hone in your training schedule to your strengths, schedule and success -- look no further. Whether you like to train alone or with a group, this program is perfect for you! Through the Posi-Team Individual Coaching Program - you get the one-on-one coaching support that helps mold the perfect training schedule to your athletic goals while mandating life balance, creative activity outlets and group adventures in the process. Below outlines all the elements included within the monthly ICP program. The group elements are there for your benefit as you choose while not mandated in any way to your training plan.
Foundation of Fitness:
- Individual Training Plan: Three+ month calendar with detailed daily workouts designed in support of your personal training goals, related activities and life schedule
- 1 Weekly Group Training Sessions with Fellow Training Partners
- Coordinated Pool / Open Water Swim Sessions
- Ongoing Communication, Guidance and Support
Motivation in Motion:
- Structured Group Training Sessions - Sundays/Weekdays as available
- Clinics/Topic Sessions: Transitions/Gear/Nutrition/Technique & More
- Alternate Training Adventures: Group outings offering challenge and adventure and a much needed change in routine! (hiking/mountain biking/trail running and more)
Winter Training Wonderland (Season specific):
- Coach Lead Indoor Spin Class / Bike Technique Training Sessions (as weather demands - time/location TBD)
- Festive Road Race -- collective participation in one or more Turkey Trot/ Jingle Bell /Winter 5k / 10k Race(s)
- Unrelenting Support, Encouragement, and Enthusiasm from Your Coach(s) and Team Members
- Team Celebration -- regular gatherings of PosiTeam athletes for social outreach and adventure

Complete Coaching with Coach Patrick
Coaching Consultation with Coach Patrick
$99 per hour
This is a great place to start for anyone with questions about their training. Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have your training already laid out, learn how you can use physiology and science based training principles to maximize your training efficiency. Each consultation is a 1-on-1 session with Coach Patrick that will find smart solutions for your training needs.
Training Plan with Coach Patrick
$199 for an 8-week plan
An ideal solution if you need a coach without the cost or commitment. Each Training Plan starts with an Individual Consultation to learn about your training needs and ends with an 8-week calendar of personalized workouts, all based on your goals and your training level. Includes:
- Individual Consultation (in person or via phone/email);
- A personalized plan delivered via email or online via TrainingPeaks (available soon);
- Email and phone access for questions and clarifications.
Complete Coaching with Coach Patrick
The Complete Coaching package is based on intelligent training. As a coached client, you will receive unlimited access to Performance Testing services as well as regular Coaching and Nutritional consultations. Starting with your first meeting, we will develop a plan for success specifically tailored to your goals and training needs.
As a coached athlete, you will receive:
- Monthly Individual Consultations;
- Quarterly scheduled performance testing;
- Nutritional support;
- Weekly workouts delivered online;
- Development of an annual training plan;
- Email and phone access with your coach.
