Team Capital XTERRA: Group Training Sessions

As part of Team Capital XTERRA, you are invited to join any and all of the group training sessions outlined below. If you have any questions about any of these group events, feel free to email Taneen.
Tuesdays - Mountain Bike Ride
5:30pm - Mountain Bike Ride - Wakefield/Accotink (Audrey Moore RECenter), Annandale, VA.
Join local mountain bikier Mike Bender for a last catch of the lighted paths of Wakefield Rec Center mountain bike ride. The ride will last approximately 45 minutes and the route will be determined based on weather and trail conditions. Point of contact, Mike Bender.
Wednesdays - Track Workout
6:30pm - Track Workout - Washington-Lee High School, Arlington, VA.
Coach Taneen will lead a customized track workout suitable to all levels of runners and multi-sport athletes. Learn the techniques to better your form and your speed while being surrounded by the encouragement and enthusiasm of fellow track participants. Point of contact, coachtaneen@posichiro.com.
Sundays - Road Run
Spring Season Road Run - 6:30AM, Base of Capital Crescent Trail
(Meet at corner of 33rd St & Water Street by the Waterfront) - Georgetown, Washington DC
Join in the weekly group run that is geared for those just coming off Spring Marathon training and those gearing up for Fall marathon training and everything in between. The mileage of the run ranges between 6 and 12 miles depending on your level and the route changes weekly so there is fun and variety at every gathering. Point of contact, coachtaneen@posichiro.com.
