Making people harder to kill and easier to look at since 2010, Jarrett is a trainer, performance coach and massage therapist that has experience with a variety of clients and goals. Most notably, he has found his niche in athletic development and pathological movement, after having worked with athletes from little-league to professional levels. His experience with these individuals lead him to realize how prominent injuries had become amongst the competitive population (and really all of society). This lead him to pursue continuing education in assessing functional movement, manual muscle testing and developmental kinesiology. The unique perspectives and methods that he found through these venues (and is still uncovering) have caused him to become highly sought-after within the Northern Virginia area. His effective style in correcting dysfunctional movement, alleviating pain and increasing performance has helped countless individuals to achieve their goals and surpass their expectations of what a trainer and massage therapist could provide. Just some of his qualifications include:
- BS in Kinesiology
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
- Functional Movement Specialist (FMS 1& 2)
- Neurokinetic Therapist
- Certified Massage Therapist
- Original Strength Foundations Practitioner
In his free time, Jarrett can be found reading philosophy, working on his handstands and pursuing a higher education.
